By downloading or using Lededay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, this is not the app for you. No hard feelings.
What Lededay is
Lededay is a personal tool for goal setting, reflection, and personal growth. It helps you set meaningful goals, reflect on your progress, and adapt as you grow. It is self-guided and yours to use however serves you best.
What Lededay is not
Lededay does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, psychological counseling, financial advice, or legal advice. Nothing inside the app should be taken as professional guidance of any kind. If something in your life requires a professional, please see one.
Lededay is a tool, not a therapist, a doctor, or a lawyer.
You are in charge
You are responsible for how you use Lededay, the decisions you make based on your experience with it, and keeping backups of anything important to you. We are not responsible for what you do with what you build here.
Use it for good
This should go without saying. But here it is in writing anyway.
Lededay is built to help people pursue meaningful goals, reflect honestly, and grow over time. That is what it is for.
You agree not to use Lededay to plan, support, promote, or carry out harm of any kind toward yourself or others. That includes violence, self-harm, harassment, exploitation, terrorism, or any activity that is illegal, dangerous, or intended to hurt people.
If you are going through something serious, please reach out to someone who can actually help. Lededay is not that resource. But the right one exists and you deserve to find it.
We reserve the right to remove access to Lededay for anyone found violating this clause.
Your data
Everything you create in Lededay is stored on your device and, if you choose to enable it, synced through your personal iCloud account.
Lededay does not guarantee the recovery or preservation of your content. Keep that in mind.
Subscriptions
Lededay offers an optional Premium subscription available as a monthly or yearly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically if not cancelled before the trial ends. No refunds are provided for any remaining time after cancellation.
We do not process or store your payment information. That is handled entirely by Apple. We just unlock the features. That is our only job in this transaction.
Our work is ours
The Lededay app, name, design, branding, and original content are owned by Lededay and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the application without our permission.
We are not liable
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lededay and its creators are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any consequences arising from your use of the app.
You use Lededay at your own risk. We hope it helps you achieve your goals, but you remain responsible for how you choose to use the app.
Things change
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Lededay at any time. We may also update these Terms.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use Lededay after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
